Realtor®/Broker Candace Fleece is an experienced real estate agent who takes pride in helping her buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, time and time again. Her negotiating skills, drive, dependability and ability to quickly build trust and confidence with each client sets her apart. She and her husband Larry have owned a home in the Old North State Club community for 12 years, and they have lived here full-time for seven years. In her roles as former promotions chair on the community association board and as former president of the women’s golf association, Candace has become very familiar with the administration and workings of our community and of other McConnell Golf clubs.
